WHY THIS PODCAST?
This project was created as a sincere need of sharing and exchanging different points of view with respect to how to survive in academia. We are aware of the impact this pandemic is causing in the academic community and this is one of the main reasons why we need to stay in touch with each other and exchange our experiences. The lack of social contact opens a new door to other ways of interaction.
WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
Address challenges and opportunities of young academics.
Raise awareness about the difficult working conditions of early-career researchers.
Empower young academics to make progress in Academia.
VISION & VALUES
With this podcast we wish to open the floor to people inside or around Academia, to listen to their experiences, achievements, as well as struggles.
We strongly believe that every academic should have the same opportunities, and we are especially interested in the working conditions of less privileged groups in Academia.
